Science of Nail Care
At the Shear Ego International School Nail Specialty Program, you will learn the art and science of nail care. You will experience classroom and workshop training that will show you how to meticulously maintain hands and feet by providing a broad range of manicuring and pedicuring services.
Our Nail Specialty Program will advance your skills and knowledge in such areas as:
Nail Enhancements
and Design
and Gels
Techniques
Massage
You will be thoroughly prepared to take the New York State Board Examination
Our Nail Specialty Program will help you gain knowledge in anatomy and physiology, bacteria and infectious diseases, sanitation, infection control, ethical business practices and a wide range of hands-on, pragmatic job skills. After completing the program, you will be thoroughly prepared to take the New York State Board Examination. When you pass the exam, you will be ready to start your exciting and colorful career as a Licensed New York State Nail Specialist.
Program Costs and Information
The total cost of our Nail Specialty Program is $7,500.00. This includes tuition, registration fees, books and professional size nail kits.
